We are team 6135H from EC3. Our team members are: David Bashaw, Jack Bashaw,  Melissa Broadfoot, Bryce Barton, Ethan Hardesty, and Trevor Howard.  This is our third year as a robotics team. We hope to make it to Worlds again this year and learn a whole lot along the way.

Jack Bashaw

My name is Jack Bashaw, currently as fresman at Central Hardin High School. I have participated in one year of VEX Robotics, and this is currently my second. During my first year of VEX on team 8259A, I was the driver of our team. I am working to be an Aerospace Engineer. I enjoy making advanced contraptions. I am currently enrolled in an Introduction to Engineering Design class at my high school, and I am a part of the Technology Student Association Club. My strengths at VEX are my driving skills and design skills. My weaknesses are coding, understanding concepts, and advanced math. I plan to continue VEX for the remaining years of high school and hope I continue to grow in the area of STEM.

Trevor Howard

I am Trevor Howard, an engineer for the Central Hardin VEX team 6135H. This is my first year on a VEX team. My main role is to design and build the robot.  My goal for the year is to learn how to program and build a robot. I would like to be a part of a team that makes it to Worlds.

Melissa Broadfoot

My name is Melissa B. Broadfoot, and I’m currently a freshman at Central Hardin High School. I am an engineer on team 6135H, and this is my second year of VEX. Last year I was on team 8259B from EHMS, which made it to the quarterfinals at state. We weren’t very organized, and it cost us in the end. This year my overall team goal is to go with my team to Worlds and be very organized unlike last year. My personal goal is to earn my first varsity letter and have an amazing year.
